One of the major fallbacks of investing abroad is not having your eyes on your property at all times, and as a foreign investor you know it is essential to maintain and show possession of your property.
We offer a Basic Monthly Package as well as customized packages for property owners:
Lines are cleared and maintained monthly
Basic Monthly Package:
- Scheduled visits twice per month
- One visit to clear and maintain the property/fence lines
- One visit to take photos and inspect the property
- Posting of private property signs with our contact information
- Immediate reports of unauthorized activity on your property.
Customized Packages include some or all of the following:
- Additional/less frequent scheduled visits per month
- Clearing entire or specified pieces of your property
- Caretaker management
- Providing supplies/materials to caretakers

- Home systems checks – solar and water systems
- Home cleaning and make-ready for your visit or guests
